HOW I WORK

If you are ready to begin your meditation journey, you may go ahead and book your session under your chosen package. You will receive an email prompting to complete a brief form, where you will be asked to share more detailed information.

1:1 VIRTUAL MEDITATIONS

Perfect for you if you are intimidated by group sessions or feel the need for a one-on-one personal experience to help guide you through the meditation process.

During these sessions, we will uncover your individual learning style and discover your personal goals.

With this being a very personal experience you will be guided on the correct meditation practices explicitly suited for you.

This is a go-at-your-own-pace option with no pressure to perform or be still. The goal is for you to feel 100% comfortable during this transformation.

Each 1:1 Virtual Meditation Session is booked as individual sessions and in your own schedule according to my availability.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Your first session will begin with a consultative journaling practice. This is where we talk through your current life circumstances and develop your intention. This helps me to draw up a tailored meditation experience specifically for your purposes that will be suited for your personal transformation.

From our second session onwards, we start your journey with your tailored mindfulness program.

We wrap up your session with reflections of your meditation experience and I provide you with mindful practices that you can incorporate into your daily lifestyle.

You can choose between a 30 minute or a 45 minute session
